ConcertIQ collects the following information:

• Email address — when you sign up for the newsletter or create an account.
• Concert history — shows you mark as “Going” or have attended, stored against your account.
• Authentication data — managed by Clerk. We do not store passwords.
• Usage data — anonymous page views and interaction metrics collected by Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.

How we use it

• To send you the newsletter you signed up for.
• To display your concert history on the My Shows page.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To understand how the site is being used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-party services

ConcertIQ uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Clerk — authentication and account management. Privacy policy
• Neon (Databricks) — database hosting for your concert history. Privacy policy
• Resend — newsletter delivery. Privacy policy
• Vercel — hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring. Privacy policy

Your rights

• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.
• You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
• You can request a copy of the data we hold about you by contacting us.

Cookies

ConcertIQ uses cookies only for authentication (via Clerk) and anonymous analytics (via Vercel). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
